I have had multiple people contacting me in regards to a Keto or Low Carb High Fat Plan (LCHF), keto is really popular right now and that is for a good reason, it works for almost everyone and it does not feel like a diet (I hate that word). It is a really delicious and easy way of life. It is very similar to the Soulistic way already with a few tweaks.


Keto can be difficult or it can be easy, there are quite a few versions out there and the amount of info available online can be confusing and overwhelming if you are a beginner. You’ve probably looked into it and thrown it into the too hard basket as you will be reading about macros and calculations and electrolytes and keto flu just to name a few things that go hand in hand with this lifestyle. I actually had given up trying to get my head around it too as it seemed everyone was overthinking it. I stopped overthinking it myself and worked out how simple it really is. 


When I talk about the keto/lchf way of life I focus first on the health benefits and the weight loss that comes easily with it is a very nice side effect. In saying that, there are a few tricks we can use to make sure your body is going to be ok with keto and the transition doesn’t leave you with detox effects.


Everyone is very individual and will require some slight adaptions to any keto plan. I am here to help you take the guess work out of exactly what your plan needs to look like.


I have come up with two options for those interested in a plan:

Due to the demand for keto plans and information I have decided to put together a generic keto plan / challenge.  This plan will include everything a beginner would need to know about keto and lchf, you will be provided with food lists, meal plan/s, guidelines, tips tricks hints and the usual full online (text, email, messenger) support from me Please note this is not just limited to those who have never done keto, this will work great for even the most experienced keto gal or guy




2. A personalised full keto plan with health and wellbeing recommendations and 30 days support. This includes a beginners guide along with the usual meal plan guidelines, sample meal plan for those who thrive on being told what to eat and when, also includes recipes and tips tricks and hints tailored especially for you to achieve fast results and to help you maintain the lifestyle. If you choose this plan I will ask you to complete a comprehensive but easy health history form and return to me with payment before I can complete your plan. The details you provide me in your health history will help me sculpt the perfect plan for you. Plan Cost is $180 and turnaround time for you to receive your plan is 7 business days from payment received.
